Daily Journal Interviews Karl Kronenberger on Tracking Web Traffic
| Thursday, July 16, 2015Partner Karl Kronenberger was featured in the Daily Journal article, “Firms aim to track clients on websites,” discussing how law firm marketers can analyze a law firm’s website traffic in order to identify new interests of potential clients and how potential clients understand particular legal issues.
Mr. Kronenberger also discussed how some law firms are using retargeting as a way to follow up with potential clients who are interested in a particular subject matter that they reviewed on the law firms’ websites. Retargeting is the practice of using cookies to serve ads to people who previously viewed a law firm’s website, with the ads showing up on other sites such as Twitter, Facebook or sites in the Google network.
