ABA Journal Features Karl Kronenberger on Defamation Claims in Wrongful Termination Lawsuits
In the article, “Fired workers increasingly add defamation claims to their lawsuits,” published by ABA Journal, Partner Karl Kronenberger addressed the rising rates of these claims. These types of claims are also increasing outside of the employment field due to comments on social media and review websites. Mr. Kronenberger explained how Kronenberger Rosenfeld, LLP has experienced a dramatic increase in the number of people contacting the firm with online defamation problems.
